This page explains how Giftmade Publishing handles the photo you upload and the books we generate for you.
Where your photo is stored
Reference photos are stored in private storage. Access is restricted to your own account; files are not publicly reachable and are only loaded through short-lived, signed links for you.
Permission to upload
Before uploading you must confirm that you are the person in the photo, or their parent, guardian, or someone with their permission. Please do not upload photos of children without the consent of a parent or guardian.
Your books
Generated pages, previews and PDFs belong to your account. Preview pages are watermarked until the book is purchased. Nobody else can open your books.
Deleting your content
You can delete an uploaded photo or an entire book project from your account at any time. Deleting a project removes its pages and images from storage.
